Teresa Simon’s Illegal City of Spokane Arrest
Spokane City Mayors Office planned this illegal arrest. Emails show intent to harass Simon against Simon’s attorneys’ prior communications. Simon closed down a nuisance home the City left operating for 3 years, filled with people destroying everything in their proximity. Simon made the front page of the Spokesman, which was a huge embarrassment to the City.
